In a small group of 8 people, replicating personal training in a group environment, every workout is adapted to suit your level, so you can build strength, confidence, and fitness at your own pace. You'll build not just physical strength, but also the mindset to take on life’s challenges with energy, resilience, and purpose.

Our 1-1 in person meeting are the perfect way to get started—meet one of our friendly coach, check out the space, discuss previous experience, set new goals, and chat with other members in a relaxed, supportive setting.

We offers 1 to 1 private training for those who rather this format. Simply because we are all at different stages or like different things, the 1-1 offer you the ability to tailor your training with a professional coach to guide you the entire time, taking into consideration your experience, age, ability, injuries, goals and time availability.
