At The Hive - CrossFit Bury gym you won’t see rows of “fancy” machines, which most people don’t know how to use - this is not what we sell! Our focus is on COACHING ! Preferably free weights, conditioning and functional fitness - the stripped back look of the gym can be strange at first, however once you taste the benefits of having a mentor to teach you on how to maximise your health and fitness, you will never look back!
This means, we will guide your progress, build your strength, work on your weakness, to achieve those personal goals you have, and will make sure your get the best hour of your day with us! Our coaching and training is very personalised and technique-focused.
With the personal coaching, you train with a renewed sense of purpose... Feeling excited to get to the gym to do a workout that you know is exactly what you need to be doing. That takes into consideration your experience, age, ability, injuries and time availability.
With a CrossFit Bury Coach in your corner, and your own individualised plan, working hard is the fun part.
Within group class sizes limited to 8 people, we are here to provide you with an affordable alternative to the one-to-one personal trainer format. We aren’t going to sheep hurdle you through the hour on one of those boring bootcamp circuit, we are here to COACH you! We aim for quality movement above anything else. This is about replicating individual coaching in a group environment.
