SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Providing small-group, functional-fitness classes, delivered by expert coaches, whether you've never stepped in a gym or you're already a fitness enthusiast, we help our members get healthier and fitter.
When we say “small group coaching” we really mean it! With group class of 8 people, we are here to provide you with an affordable alternative to the one-to-one personal trainer format.
This is about replicating individual coaching in a group environment.
Step 1: Getting yourself started!
A taster workout don’t require any previous experience. It is a great way to start at The Hive, meet the coaches and get to discuss with other members. Sometimes joining a group training environment can be overwhelming, especially if you’re totally new to CrossFit. We are here to COACH you! We pride ourselves on teaching you the best technique for moving/lifting efficiently and injury free. We adapt every element of the training session to the need and requirement of each and everyone so that you reach your goals safely. If you prefer meeting one of our coaches for a Free no-sweat intro, please message us your availability and we will be in touch.
Step 2: Your fitness journey is now officially starting!
Our current members are investing their time and energy in their fitness and wellness. Training in such a striving environment is an amazing source of inspiration and motivation. Whatever your background, you will start to gain exposure to the mechanics of the movements during the first few weeks. The goal is to develop training consistency and focus on the good form at moderate intensity.
STARTUP MEMBERSHIP: We understand that everyone learns at different paces and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. The Hybrid membership is a 6 weeks membership with 1 PT, 3 group classes per week and a weekly nutrition follow up. You can purchase your membership using the link below. This is a fantastic value membership which is there to skyrocket your fitness and health.
GROUP CLASS MEMBERSHIP: Monthly class pack are either 15/month 21/month or 27/ month. We run class allowances monthly, not weekly, so you have more flexibility and access to more classes each month. For exemple, taking a week off training for a holiday-week away, will not affect your number of classes during the month as you will be able to do a few more sessions the week after. IS CrossFit Bury EXPENSIVE?
If you are comparing us to other gyms selling you access to their rows of machines, then YES we are!
If you are comparing our group classes to others getting you through random circuit exercises, then YES we are!

Within group class sizes limited to 8 people, we are here to provide you with an affordable alternative to the one-to-one personal trainer format. This means, we will guide your progress, build your strength, work on your weakness, to achieve those personal goals you have, and will make sure your get the best hour of your day with us! Our coaching and training is very personalised and technique-focused.
At The Hive - CrossFit Bury gym you won’t see either rows of “fancy” machines, which most people don’t know how to use - this is not what we sell! Our focus is on COACHING ! Preferably free weights, conditioning and functional fitness - the stripped back look of the gym can be strange at first, however once you taste the benefits of having a mentor to teach you on how to maximise your health and fitness, you will never look back!

PERSONAL TRAINING
We offers 1 to 1 private training for those who rather this format. Simply because we are all at different stages or like different things, the 1-1 offer you the ability to tailor your training with a professional coach to guide you the entire time, taking into consideration your experience, age, ability, injuries, goals and time availability.
Working hard is the fun part!
