Recurring booking

In order to make training easier, you can opt for recurring booking.

With the 9 per month membership, you can have 2 recurring per week.
With the 15 per month membership, you can have 3 recurring per week.
With the 21 per month membership, you can have 4 recurring per week.
With the 27 per month membership, you can have 5 recurring per week.

*Admin fee for creating recurring bookings is £40.
*Additional classes outside of the recurring booking can be booked.
** Recurring booking are subject to the same cancellation as any other classes.
*** No-show and Late-cancellation which a detrimental to the people being on the waitlists will lead to a cancelation of the recurring booking.

 

MEMBERSHIP ALTERATION

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to amend your recurring monthly membership.
Membership alternation fee is £10.

Membership upgrade must be submitted no less than 14 days before the start of the next calendar month.

Membership downgrade must be submitted no less than 1 month before the start of the next calendar month. Membership downgrade will unfortunately led to cancelation of all existing recurring booking due to how TeamUp process the bookings. You will need to submit a new recurring booking request along with payment of the admin fee.

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

This is not a termination request.

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

1. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than seven (7) business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

2. Membership hold requests are available in 30-day increments for up to two (2) consecutive 30-day periods (i.e. 30 or 60 days). Membership hold request incur a £10 fee per 30 day periods.

3. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

4. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

5. You cannot use a hold request period as a cancellation notice period. If you want to cancel when on hold, membership will come off hold and your 30 days will commence for your notice period submission form. Any payments that are due within this 30 day period will be taken.

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. 

2. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be canceled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. 

3. Cancellation of the 9 months memberships prior to the expiration date will either require payment in full up to the end of the commitment period or the continuation of the monthly membership payment until the end date.
