When we say “small group coaching” we really mean it! With group class of 8 people, we are here to provide you with an affordable alternative to the one-to-one personal trainer format.

A taster workout don’t require any previous experience. It is a great way to start at The Hive, meet the coaches and get to discuss with other members. Sometimes joining a group training environment can be overwhelming, especially if you’re totally new to CrossFit. We are here to COACH you! We pride ourselves on teaching you the best technique for moving/lifting efficiently and injury free. We adapt every element of the training session to the need and requirement of each and everyone so that you reach your goals safely.
GROUP CLASS MEMBERSHIP: Monthly class pack are either 15/month 21/month or 27/ month. We run class allowances monthly, not weekly, so you have more flexibility and access to more classes each month. For exemple, taking a week off training for a holiday-week away, will not affect your number of classes during the month as you will be able to do a few more sessions the week after.
