SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Providing small-group, functional-fitness classes, delivered by expert coaches, whether you've never stepped in a gym or you're already a fitness enthusiast, we help our members achieve and exceed their fitness goals. When we say “small group coaching” we really mean it! Our classes are currently capped at 8 per session.
This is not a 15 -30 people class where you jump around to get hot and sweaty. We pride ourselves on teaching you the best technique for moving/lifitng efficiently and injury free. We adapt every element of the training session to the need and requirement of each and everyone so that you reach your goals quickly and safely. Our current members are investing their time and energy in their fitness and wellness. Training in such a striving environment is an amazing source of inspiration and motivation.

Step 1: Getting yourself started!
A taster workout don’t require any previous weightlifting experience. It is a great way to start at The Hive, meet the coaches and get to discuss with other members. If you prefer meeting one of our coaches for a Free no-sweat intro, please message us your availability and we will be in touch.

Step 2: Newcomer membership
Sometimes joining a group training environment can be overwhelming, especially if you’re totally new to CrossFit. We believe in an organic learning process, through constant variation and we understand that everyone learns at different paces and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. Some people will have great strength and weightlifting skills, but have never done any gymnastics. Others may be marathon runners who have never touched a barbell.

Whatever your background, you will start to gain exposure to the mechanics of the movements during the first few weeks. The goal is to develop the consistency of your movement mechanics quality, while following our regular programming with a focus on technique at slightly lower intensity.

The Newcomer Membership is a 5 week programme comprising 1 personal training session and 3 group training classes per week. This will enable you to develop correct movement mechanics and move with great form in order to obtain long-lasting health and fitness

The Newcomer Membership is for everyone without any prior CrossFit experience. To by-pass this Newcomer course, please speak directly to us and expect to be booked for a 1 hour ‘grilling’ :D

Step 3: The monthly membership
After “graduating”, mechanics and consistency are drilled in, therefore its time forbidding the intensity! Monthly class pack are either 9/month, 15/month or 21/month, and we also have an unlimited package for those who simply love training at the gym. (To see more of our membership options click here). We run class allowances monthly, not weekly, so you have more flexibility and access to more classes each month. For exemple, taking a week off training for a holiday-week away, will not affect your number of classes during the month as you will be able to do a few more sessions the week after.
We ask that you pre-book online through our app which classes you want to attend. Booking open 14 days in advance, and bookings can be cancelled 12hours prior to the class without being “late-cancelation”. You also have the option to ask us for recurring booking if you always train at the same day/time.
