PRIVATE COACHING / PT

We offers 1 to 1 private training for those who rather this format. This is a fast track to achieving your goals. Our coaches will write a bespoke training programme to your goals based on your level and your training frequency. Simply because we are all at different stage or like different things, the 1-1 offer you the ability to tailor your training with a professional coach to guide you the entire time.

Train with a renewed sense of purpose... Feeling excited to get to the gym to do a workout that you know is exactly what you need to be doing. That takes into consideration your experience, age, ability, injuries and time availability.
With a CrossFit Bury Coach in your corner, and your own individualised plan, working hard is the fun part.

option 1 : Block of 10 Personal Training sessions to use across 10 weeks period (LINK)
option 2: Recurring booking of 2 Personal Training sessions per week (LINK)

1 Personal Training session £40 (you can come to train with a friend here, just let us know and we will plan a pair workout for you)

Limited availability between 8am-9:30am, 10;30am-11:30am. For lunch time or mid afternoon, please contact us and we will set up a recurring time/day for your session.
