THE CrossFit METABOLIC-CONDITIONING The objective is to get leaner. You will need access to a gym or have a decently equipped home gym. You will need access to a rower / air bike, as well as some classic equipment such a DB / KB.

PURE STRENGTH The objective is building strength to be strong and look strong! You will need access to a gym or have a decently equipped home gym, including bar and weight, as well as a good set of DB.

DUMBBELL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: These are not your average Men's Health Magazine dumbbell workouts. These are legit hard, unique and fun workouts for people who want to get it in and be done for the day.  This program is challenging and only required a set of dumbbells and a jump rope each day. If you’re a parent, workout from home, have limited time, limited equipment, or travel a lot, then this is the program for you. Each workout will take less than 2% of your day. No more excuses.

JUST BODYWEIGHT No gym equipment? Stuck at home? Traveling with no access to a gym? Frankly, that’s no excuse to dodge a workout! Back when the first lockdown hit in March, I decided to make a bodyweight program so challenging that you feel like you went to an actual gym and got your butt kicked, however, NO equipment is needed, every day is DIFFERENT, and the workouts are just downright FUN! These workouts are NOTHING like any other bodyweight training plans you’ll find anywhere else.
